Technical Team Lead

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Provides employee coaching and development to all PE board technical staff.  Makes technical decisions and works through process issues following proper protocols.Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.Leads the continuous improvement projects within the PE boards manufacturing operations.Responsible for updating Standard Operating Procedures and Line condition monitoring.Assists with achieving daily production requirements and accurately reporting these results.Participates in and actively support facility safety systems.Understands and utilize the Quality Assurance system.Provides leadership and manages department priorities with regard to process controls and product efficiencies.Assists production manager in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control and performance management.Has direct liaison with maintenance and engineering personnel to correct issues regarding equipment.Other duties may be assigned
