As a key member of the facilities management team, you will foster key relationships with tenants, service providers, and clients whilst also making recommendations to improve the building’s overall performance, risk profiles, presentation, and condition.This varied role will see you working closely with our Facilities Management team across different business segments, to learn the requirements of how to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of key retail sites across Newcastle and Sydney.In addition, you will;Assist and oversee the maintenance and operation of building servicesProvide maintenance advice ensuring clients’ quality and safety targets are metAssist and ensure all planned preventative maintenance programmes are clearly documented, maintained, and completed on time.Assist and oversee project-based work including fit-outs and refurbishmentsAssist the team with the day-to-day administrative components and responsibilities, such as work orders, audit reports, budget management, client reporting, risk management, permits, reactive works as examples.
