Job Description  As a Web designer in our dynamic Marketing Technology team, your primary role is to design visually compelling and effective landing pages, advertisement banners, and other digital marketing materials that drive sales and enhance user engagement. You will focus on creating designs that not only appeal aesthetically but are also optimized for conversion and user experience.  You will be reporting to the MarTech Manager.    Your main tasks will be:  Design and create engaging graphics and layouts for various digital content including landing pages, banners, and promotional materials.  Collaborate closely with marketing, advertising, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual strategies.  Implement design A/B testing and iterate based on performance data to maximize the effectiveness of design elements.  Actively contribute ideas for new designs and improvements, maintaining an innovative approach to digital design.  Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, as well as competitor activities, to ensure our designs stay ahead of the curve.  
  Production of landing pages in collaboration with the different teams (advertising, analytics, product).
