Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Raytheon Logistics organization in Nashua, NH is looking for an independent, self-motivated Program Logistics Planning Lead. This position reports directly to the Nashua Operations Sr. Supervisor of Programs & MCP Manager.As the Logistics Planning Lead you will provide strategic program support and logistics planning to drive the execution of program requirements and deliverables on schedule and within budget. The programs are very demanding, complex, and fast-paced. You must thrive in this type of environment and be able to provide quick responses with a high degree of flexibility. Your knowledge of DoD contracts and your understanding of budgets will be required to succeed in this position.What You Will Do
Serve as the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues and concerns.
Work closely and coordination with the CAM operations manager, Program Management, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance
Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements.
Lead and support the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program (s) to include providing direction to program logistics coordinators or warehouse functional leads to support program requirements.
Coordinate and disseminate logistics priorities with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives.
Attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis. This role must understand the logistics and property process.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
Experience creating and making presentations to leadership or customers
Raytheon Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification
Knowledge of Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) a plus
Knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material management
Knowledge of WAWF and APEX DD250 creation and submission
Familiar with SAP PRISM

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
