We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, vibrant flavours, and a fun, high-energy work environment.We’re currently on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Night Dish Hand to join our back-of-house team and help keep things running smoothly during our late-night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitise dishes, cookware and utensils in line with food safety standardsKeep the dishwashing area and kitchen spaces clean, tidy and organisedSupport the kitchen crew by restocking clean items and helping with general cleaningOperate dishwashing equipment safely and efficientlyFollow strict health, hygiene and safety proceduresAssist with end-of-night cleaning and pack-down routinesWhat We’re Looking ForAvailability to work from 8:00pm – 12:00am, Monday to Sunday (flexible roster)A good work ethic and eye for detailAbility to work quickly under pressureA team player with a can-do attitude
