Project Assistant/Safety System Administrator

Your work will directly impact the lives of our employees, promoting a culture of safety that extends beyond the workplace.What does the role look like? Provide project and administrative support to the ALDI National Safety Team.Manage SharePoint site for ALDI’s Work Health and Safety Management System.Use ARIBA system to process invoices and set up purchase orders for the National Safety team.Use Service Now to track project status and enter updates.Triage incoming emails in the National Safety shared inbox.Liaise with external service providers for wellbeing services.Issuing hazard alerts to regions.Safety audit administration and collation of results.System administration for the team’s software systems, including responding to user queries and customisation of user tools and interfaces in the system.Providing general office support services.
