Our National Human Resources (HR) Projects team is hiring! An impactful and thrilling new opportunity for a HR Project Assistant has become available at our head office in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a part time (0.8FTE), 12 month fixed- term contract position.We are seeking a motivated individual who will play a vital role in delivering HR projects and initiatives across our organisation. You will also help to ensure the smooth operation of our HR function, making you an integral member of our dedicated and collaborative HR team.What does the role involve?Assist in the design, development and implementation of HR projects across a large organisationSupport the HR Projects Manager with the engagement and influence of key internal and external stakeholders to agree on program deliverables, timelines, and implementation methods across a variety of HR topicsDraft and update HR policies, processes, submissions, and business communicationsSupport the development of HR analytics to highlight trends and demonstrate the performance of initiatives and identify future opportunitiesBe a key member of the HR team assisting in daily tasks such as HR related email queries from the wider businessAssist with the management of HR systemsAnd the best part?
