- Experience leading some programs and supporting
- Experience working in the Mainframe space supporting Mainframe Batch and Mainframe Online technologies.
- Experience with support functions like Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Desk.
- Experience leading / coordinating technical programs and mentoring junior associates in the team.
- Experience using Control-M application and JCL
- Mainframe (Batch, Onlines, JCL, Control-M, ISPF utilities, DB2 Insight, Detector, Endevor)
- Mainframe tools including SYSVIEW, DB2 Platinum Detector, Insight, CPSM, CEDA, AFCS, FileAid
