Recruitment Specialist (Special Needs) - Manhattan

AHRC New York City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for their Home Care division.Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30am-4:30pmESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESTrack applicants, maintain SmartRecruiter and other data tracking reports.Monitor and maintain Vacancy reports in a timely manner.Assist with posting vacant positions in SmartRecruiter.Review applicant resumes on SmartRecruiter and other job boards and recommend viable candidates to be interviewed.Assist with initial interviews of viable candidates in both in-office and at on-site job fair settings and recommend candidates to hiring manager.Conduct other recruiting activities as assigned.
