You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence.You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll support our clients in Manchester, NH and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities::

Remain current on all training, certifications, licensing, and safety requirements

Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, sales managers, and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive

solutions and support to clients

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics, and product manuals.

Quote small repair jobs, provide detailed parts, and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projects

Support in developing submittals and as-built documents for small jobs.

Program the addressable fire alarm systems to follow the sequence of operations approved, add the fire

Work on the windows-based Honeywell front-end supervisor software, develop graphics for floor plans & field devices

Diagnose and repair issues with fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts

Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations, standards and design implemented across buildings or campuses.

Work on Honeywell’s front end supervisor software to run routine reports & review system operations

Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner

YOU MUST HAVE:

High School diploma or equivalent GED.

NICET I FAS Certification

2+ years’ experience working within a construction or field service environment

Experience in the fire and security industry

Ability to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and work independently

Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell

Ability to travel throughout the service area

Ability to read and understand design & construction documents

WE VALUE:

Technical degree or certification in relevant field (Automation, Electronics, HVAC, Electricity, etc.)

Willingness to get cross trained on other systems

NICET II FAS Certification

Experience programming Fire Alarm Systems through computer-based programming tools

Hands on experience on Windows operating systems and basic networking knowledge

Team oriented attitude with ability to work unsupervised and self-directed when required.
