OverviewPediatric APPThe Section of General Pediatrics at Dartmouth Health Children’s and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its busy Pediatrics Department within our Community Group Division in Bedford and Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to quality patient and family centered care. The ability to practice well as part of a medical team is essential to the success of this role.The role will include some evening hours. The clinic in Manchester is open until 8pm and there is a rotation to cover these hours. Group will consist of 8 MDs and 3 APPs in an outpatient only practice Weekend call is shared with our DH Concord colleagues. Weekends and holidays patients are seen in the DH in Manchester Pediatric location 32 hours of face-to-face patient contact time for a 1.0 FTE This Outpatient practices sees patients for annual physicals, sick visits, and some mental health care The department is supported by nursing staff, certified medical assistants, receptionists, a resource specialist, and a behavioral health clinician Associate providers are supported by the medical home team of physicians for the departmentResponsibilitiesQualifications
Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
Ability to obtain and maintain a NH license.
