For this role, we believe your starting point is:10+ years of relevant welding/fabricating experienceWelding Proficiencies: MIG, TIG, and Stick WeldingExperience with Oxy-Fuel cutting on structural steel and pipeExperience with fitting and welding pipeWorking knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipmentAbility to read and understand fabrication blueprints & drawingsCommitment to reliability, efficiency, and high quality workExperience using overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipmentSafety Minded, ability to work alone and with others.Willing to travel for equipment installation and commissioningTasks and ResponsibilitiesEnsure safety procedures and regulations are strictly followedProduce strong, clean weldsMeasure, fit, set, and assemble fabricated structuresDocument changes to original design through redlinesMeet required production scheduleParticipate in project kickoff meetingsEnsure quality control standards are metMaintain tools and equipmentMaintain clean and organized work area
