OverviewProvides effective and efficient end-user support, resolving issues and triaging complex issues appropriately. Performs analysis functions from well-defined specifications to support the development and implementation of new systems or the revision of existing systems. May develop and document applicable processes and be responsible for data management, reporting, and training of others on best practices and processes. Provides or assists with project management for assigned special projects. Works independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities

Provides technical support to end users on moderately complex applications and/or processes. Documents accurate assessment, performs analyses and effectively troubleshoots and resolves issues.

Provides assigned analysis functions in support of new or upgraded vendors, in-house computing systems and special projects.

Demonstrates understanding of the technical aspects of assigned applications, as well as applicable operational details and work flows and provides system support and maintenance.

May develop, document and maintain technology processes and instruct others on best practices and processes.

May perform a variety of report generation and data manipulation duties.

Functions as liaison with IS and maintains project tracking information.

Provides assistance to team members.

Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subject matter or the equivalent required.

One (1) year of applicable data, systems or user support experience required.

Organizational, analytical, and leadership skills are essential.

Project management skills, programming skills, and extensive knowledge of microcomputers desired.

Ability to work independently.

Previous EPIC experience preferred.
