The Shipping and Receiving Foreman, working in collaboration with the Director of Shipping Receiving and Logistics and overseeing Forklift Support, will be responsible for helping to maintain the production facility in a clean, orderly, and easily accessible manner while processing incoming and outgoing deliveries utilizing lean principles. This full-time role will be based in our Keene, NH production facility. Primary Responsibilities
Reviews and provides feedback for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Tracks maintenance for the forklifts / Gradall
Trains Shipping and Receiving Associates / cross training / SOP training
Oversight of yards at our Walpole and Keene facilities
Lean implementation
Documentation maintenance of shipping and receiving records
Enforces & implements safety protocols and procedures
Forklift operation
Assists with inventory
Provides back up coverage for Shipping and Receiving Associates when needed
Assists in completing general daily tasks
Oversees and enforces quality control
Supervises Shipping and Receiving Associates
The Ideal Candidates Will Have
Forklift Operator Certification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to:
Drive various forklifts
Lift at least 50 lbs
Work safely and effectively at high elevations
Work safely and accurately utilizing forklift, heavy machinery, and sharp tools
Safely operate hazardous equipment
Work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
Work overtime if required
Ability to utilize various techniques to achieve results

Compensation & Benefits
$22 - $26 per hour based on skill-level and experience
