We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and implementation of programs that develop leadership capabilities within the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure our leadership pipeline is strong and ready for the future.ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and implementing leadership development programs and initiatives.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees at various levels.Conduct research on best practices in leadership development and recommend innovative approaches.Collaborate with HR and management to identify leadership potential and succession planning needs.Track, measure, and report on program effectiveness and participant progress.Support communications and materials development for leadership initiatives.
