Work hand in hand with the Underwriting Solutions Customer Service and Billing teams, exclusively handling Salesforce tickets related to Billing issues that Level 1 cannot resolve. This role will communicate directly with customers on a daily basis, ensuring great customer experience.  Responsibilities:Triages all Billing issues sent to Level II Support Works with internal billing departments and takes responsibility to ensure successful resolution of each Billing issue Communicates daily with each customer with outstanding Billing issues.  Escalates as appropriate Ensures up-to-date status of all Salesforce Billing tickets
