The qualified candidate will work in a rapid development environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers who designs, develops, evaluates, test, verifies, validates, and provides in-service engineering support of an Advanced EW program. This position may require travel in support of system product installation, system operation verification and testing, and certification. Requirements also include strong and effective communication with internal and external customers, serving as a liaison to address technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.We are searching for a creative individual to assist our team moving forward into the future. The qualified candidate will display knowledge of various testing techniques, great troubleshooting skills, analytical mindset, the ability to analyze and communicate test results, detect issues, and track root causes. Have technical documentation skills, great communicator, and a team player. The qualified candidate shall also possess good systems engineering fundamental skills necessary for the success of every project.The qualified candidate shall also provide the opportunity to create and develop advanced technology capabilities in the areas of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and quality processes critical to defense work. Specific responsibilities will include gathering of product requirements, developing test environments and test cases for all mechanical, electrical, and software systems, work closely with engineers and production team to learn the ins and outs of a product, will run series of test through all stages of production cycle to identify potential malfunctions and recommended improvements, and finally develop the necessary technical documentations required for the product.
