About the Role:The Cook is an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for delivering delicious and nutritious meals for our residents. This role will encompass meal preparation, adherence to dietary requirements and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.We are seeking a fulltime passionate Cook to join our newly refurbished Havelock North Village, the anticipated start date for this role is April 2025.Your responsibilities will include:Food preparation according to established menus and dietary requirements & preferencesMaintaining strict adherence to food safety standards including food storage, handling and cooking techniquesPreparing and cooking set meals to residents’ satisfaction in a timely mannerBuilding and managing rapport with direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance developmentComplying with all food safety requirements and maintaining high levels of food hygiene at all times
