As the Administration & Finance Assistant, you will lead and/liaise with others to manage all aspects of finance and administration. As part of a team of six you will collaborate with key stakeholders within the Breast Cancer Research Trust, the Health NZ Waikato District, BCRT sponsors & supporters and BCRT Trustees.This position is part time, 12 hours per week and can be worked across two – three days between Monday - Friday.You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:Carrying out banking, payment of invoices, invoicing as per trial or event contracts, monthly financial reporting including coding of accounts in MYOBHuman resource management including documentation for new staff, leave documentation, timing of performance appraisalsCoordinating of meetings, taking minutesAdministrative support for BCRT Fundraising & Marketing Manager as required (e.g.  organisational work,  database maintenance, help with volunteers,  managing of EFTPOS machines)
