Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sales Administrator in Greenfield, New Hampshire. As a Sales Administrator, you will play an instrumental role in our sales team, focusing on developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying potential new accounts, and understanding our product offerings to enhance sales performance.Responsibilities:

Answer phone, fax, and email inquiries to generate sales leads.

Research and identify potential new accounts using various internal tools and subscriptions.

Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders for customers.

Update and manage customer information in our CRM system for future follow-ups.

Learn and understand the technical details of our products and their applications.

Understand how our products bring added efficiency to our customers and their projects.

Explore possibilities of customers using our products in other industries.

Build and develop customer relationships by providing technical information, explanations, and suggesting related and new items.

Respond quickly and courteously to customer inquiries.

Identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Keep an eye on competitor activities, analyze, and summarize competitor information and trends.

Requirements Proven experience in a sales assistant role or similar position

Proficiency in B2B Sales Familiarity with direct sales strategies and practices Expertise in inbound sales and customer engagement Strong understanding of business sales processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in using sales software and tools Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills High degree of professionalism and integrity Willingness to continually learn and improve sales skills.
