Equipment Operator I

Here's what you'll do:Maximizing machine efficiency, and minimizing machine downtime. Supporting production standard work processes (department area boards updates/discussions, standard work, planning/scheduling/follow up on assignments)Administrative responsibilities for area (paperwork, team dialog with other Production operators and Production Leads)Utilizing the fruit you have to work with to the max without damaging the integrity of our label (good quality)Make each piece of fruit countUses computer programs to reflect inventory and print variety of labelsStrong communication with leads and team in tracking of utilization of growers & blocksEnsure that all ranch blocks are properly accounted forMinimizing any waste of product, time, other resourcesKnowledgeable and organized in tracking performance of each grower/blocksControl buttons, levers, and other machine specific controlsCalibrate unit on a regular basis to ensure proper performanceAll other duties as assigned
