Sr. Director Merchandising Marketing

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and coordinating digital and traditional marketing strategies to attract potential customer revenue.Compensation:  The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 annually.  This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.  Pay will be determined based on experience level.Essential Functions:Provide strategic leadership for Monro’s overall marketing, including website, internet, traditional and other marketing activities.Coordinate work of Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Creative Design Manager and Brand Content Specialist as it relates to marketing to include:   Website Design and content development/managementSearch engine optimizationPaid searchTraditional/PrintCRM acquisition and retention initiativesBrand creative developmentCoordinate work of agencies involved in executing Monro’s marketing activities.Manage web analytics and other trends, use findings to assess performance and recommend improvements regularly.Conduct competitive analysis of online features and functionality. Perform other duties as assigned.Management Responsibility:  The Marketing Director manages the Marketing Department team of approximately 5-8 team members and operates under the general direction of the Sr. Director Marketing.
