Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift

With leadership from immediate supervisor, this position is responsible for the safe and effective use of all people in meeting customer expectations.  Safety, sanitation, housekeeping, GMP standards, problem solving ability as well as good employee relations are considered key elements to success.Responsibilities:Follow all safety and environmental rules and regulations applicable to position.Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirementsMonitor and ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations and policiesMonitor, review and suggest/direct initiatives for continuous improvement in all areas of operationsProvide leadership and guidance to your team and effectively communicate to the other shiftsReview employee performance and assist in employee developmentOrder pallets and maintain CHEP programCoordinate daily review of shipping documentationCoordinate monthly inventoryCoordinate maintenance of forklifts and batteries
