Monitoring Services Technician

Our East Syracuse, NY laboratory is looking for a Monitoring Services Technician to join their Smart Sense team!  The Monitoring Services Technician’s primary responsibilities are to fill client orders for air quality monitors by assembling, testing, and calibrating the units to customer specifications.Job functions:Routes incoming packages to appropriate department.Opens packages and signs in returned equipment.Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.Assembles, inspects, tests, and/or calibrates all items needed to fill client orders, per LIMS order summary.Designs and assembles units to meet client specifications for the projectPerforms Quality Control checks of routine client orders.Coordinates with vendors to support data platforms and unit connectivityShips client orders using vendor software platforms (UPS, FedEX and DHL).Adheres to SOPs, ensuring proper procedures are followed consistently.Maintains all required documentation with accuracy and clarity.Provides exceptional customer service both internal and external clients.
