Academy Development Phase Lead

RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage U10-U14 Academy Technical staff both on and off the pitch in relation to upholding the NYRB Academy standards daily.Attend U10-U14 training sessions and games to provide players and staff support, guidance and feedback to ensure accelerated development is occurring.Work closely with Coach Development Program lead to ensure U10-U14 Academy Head Coaches are provided support, guidance and feedback on a daily basis to ensure continued development and improvement.Lead discussions in collaboration with U10-U14 Academy Staff regarding player identification, recruitment, development, progression & retention throughout the season.Liaise with U15 Academy Head Coach & Academy Director regarding player movement for high performing U14 Academy players to ensure opportunities to accelerate their development is provided on a consistent basis from both a training and playing perspective.Liase with Youth Programs Technical Leadership as it pertains to talent identification at the U8 and U9 age groups.Present monthly player, team and staff development & performance reports to Academy Director.Be an ambassador of the NYRB culture and philosophy.
