The Opportunity: Mattel is currently seeking a Project Management, Training, and User Support Lead (East Aurora, NY). In this position, you will collaborate with the technical Global Quality Systems (GQS) team, the Global Technology Organization (GTO), system vendors, and business stakeholders.What Your Impact Will Be: Project ManagementManage and coordinate the GQS team in their role in the Agile Product Delivery team (GTO Agile Operating Model). You will ensure GQS is successful in their responsibilities in delivering new functionality and applications.Global Training AdminProvide leadership across Mattel in the successful use of the Veeva Training System (VTS). Ensuring Training Admins are fully trained and use the VTS model correctly. You will create the framework for the VTS matrix: users, roles, curriculum, training, dashboards, reports, etc.User SupportManage user support for GQS systems. Ensure users are fully supported. You will use support metrics to identify trends, training opportunities, and general areas for improvement.  As part of the GQS teamPartner with the technical team to solve user support issues, enhancements, and new projects to ensure successful implementation with end users.Perform the necessary testing and UAT for projects, enhancements, and changes.Identify Communication opportunities and develop and maintain a calendar of communication opportunities.Effectively communicate information and effectiveness in written and verbal formats.Build and maintain relationships.
