Production Worker

This role offers a range of $20 to $23 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink.   We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:Manufacturing batches of ink on mixers or millsPackaging finished product in various containers and applying labelsCleaning and maintaining machines to TPM StandardsLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activitiesWeigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition. Shifting between auto and manual stepsCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing timesPotentially operating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataCompleting scheduled maintenance and utilizing troubleshooting procedures.
