You’ll be the first point of contact for group enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication while maximising occupancy and revenue opportunities. Working closely with our Sales, Events, Revenue, and Front Office teams, you’ll help bring group stays to life, from the first enquiry to final billing.This is the perfect role for someone with reservations or front office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing guest service with administrative excellence.What You’ll DoHandle and coordinate group booking enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses.Input and manage reservations accurately in line with hotel policies and timelines.Prepare group information sheets and liaise with hotel teams to ensure flawless execution of group stays.Support payment processing, rooming lists, cancellations, and terms and conditions.Assist with group reports, forecasts, and statistics for the Reservations and Sales teams.Maintain professional communication with guests, agents, and internal stakeholders.Uphold Accor brand standards and the Heartist service philosophy.
