We deliver answers you can act on.The Role:This is a newly-created role for an Associate Director of Content Strategy to define and deliver against strategic initiatives within Norstella Content Ops. This role will be responsible for developing and executing program- and project-level priorities that align with the company’s business objectives and culture. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes by working closely with executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

Serve as domain knowledge SME across a wide spectrum of underlying datasets, having ownership of the articulation and implementation of how data value prop resolves up to client use case.

Regularly interface with business owners in Product, helping litmus test NPD at incubator stage to ensure that how Norstella date is positioned speaks to unmet need.

Enablement of the following Transformation streams within Content Ops:

Organizational (e.g., defining target operating model & upstream institutional structure)

Operational (e.g., process engineering for workflows and standard operating procedures used for authoring and research support)

Data harmonization (e.g., reconciliation of data across disparate datasets)

Build and own end-to-end the ad hoc integration of RWD data into syndicated product mix across all Norstella business units, including opportunity identification and ultimate delivery.

Alignment of operational excellence and talent utilization with commercial needs of Norstella.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by embedding best practices into the organization’s daily operations

Comms and reporting to executive leadership team on progress and implications of strategic initiatives

Enable process by which technological change is internalized and institutionalized in BAU authoring (e.g. genAI, unstructured data synthesis)

Lead and mentor a team of content strategy professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity of thought and encourages innovation

Requirements:

BSc or equivalent preferentially in life sciences

5-10 years’ experience preferably in a life sciences domain

Excellent stakeholder management, managerial and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage own workload, work independently, and manage a team of managers

Experience implementing strategic initiatives at a company-wide level

Finance and budget management skills

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements

SME level in drug development and pharmaceutical concepts

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Impeccable or native English verbal and written communication
