We make a valuable contribution to the community by developing, manufacturing, selling and delivering products that are inspirational and of high quality.  In this customer facing role, leading the NSW Customer Service function, you will play an important part in managing our people to strengthen their capability and capacity to meet requirements, now and into the future. Equally providing our customers with consistent service levels and management of our supply into the NSW market.   You’ll be a valued member of our collaborative national customer service lead team. This is an opportunity to apply your leadership skills and enhance your growth in this state management position. What Will You Do? Providing transformational leadership to deliver the business and customer service strategy, you will: be responsible for all customers in the sales district including sales execution, fulfilment execution and service excellenceguide and coach team members, setting clear measurable goals and activities to aligned with the business strategy and goals mentor team members to achieve enhanced capability and support their professional development act as the contact for key national customers for all supply and purchasing matters work closely with other internal teams such as sales, pricing, product development, manufacturing and supply chain to design suitable product and service offers aligned to customer needs and business capability champion and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost to serve metrics   enhance the customer experience through improvement plans, CRM management, ongoing customer reviews and suitable inventory management More About You You have gained your experience in customer service, sales, logistics or supply chain function where you have led others within a B2B environment.
