Senior Centre Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Centre Manager / Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team.  Our team is driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, centre management and facilities management all through one point of contact.Looking after 3 sites for one client, you will be based at a busy neighbourhood shopping centre in the heart of Chatswood 3 days per week, with 1 day per week in a boutique centre Double Bay & a mixed use development at Bondi Beach.  This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of this portfolio on behalf of our client. The main responsibilities of this role include:Overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolioBuilding and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assetsAssist the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy levelPreparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentationProactively managing the income and expenditure, as well as the financial reporting requirements for the clientSupervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectivesCompiling and implementing the asset’s strategic plan and marketing strategyCommunicate frequently with the client and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the propertyTeam management including concierge service at one site.
