Talent Recruiter - Outreach (Camden)

This role is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to source teachers, instructional leaders, and operations staff for our five K-12 schools in Camden, NJ.  They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBCUs and HSIs); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.Implement on-campus recruitment events and initiatives (career fairs, information sessions, panels, professional learning, etc.)Use recruitment tools (applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Mailchimp, and spreadsheets) to source high-quality talentWrite creative and compelling communications to promote career opportunities to target audiences and move partners to action (professors, faculty, AmeriCorps staff, mission-aligned organizations, etc.)Identify, establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local and national organizations that provide high quality and diverse talent for our schoolsStrengthen communication and relationships with school leaders and Selection recruiters to assess short and long-term talent needs and trends
