We have multiple full-time roles available until June 2025 (with the possibility of extension) – and we're ready to welcome YOU to the team!Location: Byron Bay (Bundjalung Nation) or Port Macquarie (Birpai Nation) officeHourly Pay: $43 - $54 (Based on qualifications & experience, paid at Nurses & Midwives CN4 / SACS Level 4 / Psychologist Grade 2)Generous Salary Packaging: Up to $18,550! EACH is the Lead Agency of the Therapeutic Alliance (TA), a consortium of community based, not-for-profit services who provide services across the North Coast of NSW (the 3 main service hubs are located at Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, and Byron Bay). The alliance will deliver the Primary Mental Health Program (PMHP) through a multidisciplinary, person centred, hub-and-spoke model of care. What you’ll be doing 

As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality services, while collaborating with a team of experts in a multidisciplinary environment. Your impact will include:Co-designing, implementing & enhancing services alongside our partner Health Voyage.Coordinating care with psychiatrists, GPs, and clinicians for complex mental health and dual diagnosis cases.Providing evidence-based treatment through individual, group, and family settings.Managing holistic assessments & care planning for clients with diverse needs.Contributing to team meetings & case reviews to ensure the best outcomes.Developing culturally appropriate services for diverse communities.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to elevate service delivery.Plus, you'll receive ongoing supervision and support to help you grow professionally!To view a copy of the full Position Description, click here. ✅ Expertise in mental health interventions for complex & severe conditions.

✅ Knowledge of therapeutic approaches like DBT, ACT, & recovery-based models.

✅ Strong skills in mental health treatment planning & trauma-informed care.

✅ Excellent experience in risk assessment and after-care planning.
