For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.As the Regional Manager, you will be a member of the Kiteleys Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager, and take the lead in driving safe, efficient, and effective site operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, supporting your team to take ownership, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to long-term business success.This role also involves contributing to strategic growth - monitoring market activity, identifying local opportunities, and working alongside the General Manager to strengthen our regional presence.
