This role provides a rare and unique opportunity to shape and grow Campos, an award-winning Australian specialty coffee brand which is celebrated for its high quality and distinctive taste, delivered in every cup.About the Role:Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing the Campos and Sacred Grounds brand strategies across our wholesale (cafe), grocery and online channels. You’ll work alongside a passionate and talented marketing team of brand, e-comm and creative experts and be responsible for delivering TTL brand campaigns, new product development, exciting promotions, brand events and social initiatives. As the Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for:Develop and lead the execution of the Campos and Sacred Grounds annual brand plansStrategically plan, conceptualise, proo and execute creative campaigns and marketing initiatives to build our brands across wholesale, grocery and online channelsSupport our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by developing effective brand marketing collateral and POS to our valued cafe partners.Collaborate with our Coffee team to support the development and growth of our coffee program and deliver engaging educational content.Work cross-functionally to deliver key brand events.Lead NPD and collaboration/partnership opportunities.Monthly brand performance reporting, providing meaningful insights and sharing recommendations to strengthen our impact and improve our ROI.Analyse competitive activity and market trends, customer preferences and habits, pricing and sales channels to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.P&L and budget management.
