Optimise the IKEA shopping experience in your CMPs to secure satisfied customers and increase sales and branding awareness. You do this by motivating and inspiring your CMPs team using knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, the local market insights and IKEA customers survey (PulseCX). Your leadership is based on performing and delivering while learning and developing. The shopkeeper enhance brand awareness through market penetration, optimises sales and profitability of the CMPs through following up, conducting analyses and taking actions. You use IKEA tools and expertise of your team and colleagues to support you.CMPs = Customer Meeting Points, consists of Pop-up stores, Collection points and any future upcoming new business ideas relevant to new Customer Meeting PointsYour assignmentYou are responsible to grow the market share and visibility through market penetration tasks, events and tactics.You are responsible in making the mother store become more profitable and better footfall, through sweating the assets plan, and engage with right stakeholders for leasing plan.You are responsible to coordinate the creation of long-term (3-4 years) market penetration strategy and execution plan with the right stakeholders.You are responsible to contribute on store main actions plan, relevant to market penetration and sweating the assets including leasing topics.Ensure the CMPs have the right number of competent co-workers in the right place at the right time and securing that they are fully able and available to serve customers and actively help them to buy.  Ensure the CMPs is in excellent shape as new and fully and efficiently stocked with the four merchandising basics in place at all times and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers. Ensure your team has all the correct knowledge about the product range in your CMPs and the IKEA services so that they can share this with IKEA customers to improve their overall shopping experience. Understand the different IKEA sales and communication channels and IKEA know-how in order to make the best commercial use of this information for different customers.Take responsibility for your CMPs goals and secure that your action plan ensures the main purpose for your CMPs are implemented.
