Analytics Specialist

We’re looking for an Analytics Specialist to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll turn our clients into Procore Analytics pros, ensuring success with their custom analytics projects. You’ll be actively involved in a broad spectrum of activities including analytics implementations, consulting, services discovery and scoping, business workflows, report development and delivery, team collaboration, and client relationship building.As an Analytics Specialist at Procore, customer success is your motivating goal. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results that are beneficial to both the customer and our overarching technical strategy .Successful candidates are service oriented and possess a strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics.This position reports into the Manager, Analytics Services and will be based in Sydney, Australia. What You'll DoLead analytics implementation projects including user training and client management; light project management may also be required on these engagementsConsult clients on construction  analytics best practices Serve as the subject matter expert for all Analytics products within ProcoreCollaborate and deliver statements of work for technical services projectsDevelop and maintain relationships with internal client-facing teams including Sales, Customer Success Engineers, Product Consultants, and Project Managers Assist the BI development team with the scoping, design and development of  PowerBI solutions, including stakeholder consultations & platform configurationUse client data and industry trends to drive the development of future professional Services engagementsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of client-facing experience 2+ year with a data visualization solution such as Power BI - Power BI experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of business intelligence and analyticsExperience with professional services and consulting practices Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experienceExperience applying enterprise business intelligence strategies tailored to specific business requirements, including construction financial reporting with ERP and accounting systems Effective communicator, both written and verbal, for technical and business audiencesBroad knowledge of technology developments and trendsProactive analytical expertise and problem-solving approachProven ability to work independently to achieve resultsConstruction industry experience strongly preferred
