Reservations Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity at Pullman Auckland Hotel and Apartments for a Reservations Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Reservations Manager and working in a close knit team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the hotels reservations.As the Reservations Supervisor your responsibilities include; working with the Front Office Manager,  Director of Revenue,  Director of Sales and the Event Sales Team to ensure all enquires are successful converted to ensure the Hotels targets are met. Managing group bookings and FITs are part of the day to day operations. Processing commissions, upselling during guest interactions, managing and closing group accounts along with supervising, training and providing reservations guidance for new starters.
