We are recruiting a position of an Onboarding Data Specialist.This will be a permanent, full-time role based out of our Auckland office, 40 hours a week, $70,000 NZD per annum.Join our Xplor Education Vertical as an Onboarding Data Specialist in Auckland to make a real impact every day. The Onboarding Team ensures a successful onboarding experience for new customers to Xplor’s suite of software, payments and parent engagement platforms. Reporting into the Onboarding Team Lead, you’ll makes each customer’s journey as easy, efficient and simple as possible and assists our Onboarding team to achieve their objectives by providing data migration support to our team of Onboarding Specialists.   

 

Helping our customers in the effective use and implementation of our products, focusing on customer happiness and retention, your responsibilities are:Work closely with the Onboarding Specialists relating to data specialist tasks, particularly data management and data entry (planning, analysing and organising large volumes of data, identifying areas for improvement in current data processes and presenting actionable insights to enhance efficiency and accuracy)Implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies and proceduresCollaborate with engineering and our L2 teams to troubleshoot data-related issues, providing SQL query support. Identifying and promptly communicating process flow discrepancies to the Onboarding Team Leader to ensure adherence to the onboarding workflow and working proactively to resolve issues. Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logsMaintain broad knowledge of relevant company products and services. Communication of data requirement with customers, in addition to supporting each customer’s data needs through the onboarding process Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Advocate customer needs internally. Identify discrepancies or anomalies in data sets and work proactively to resolve issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for data process optimisation and efficiency gains. Performing other job-related duties as requiredFor this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
