Working within a hybrid model, you’ll have flexibility to work across home and campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly experienced and well-respected central HR Advisory / Ranga Pūmanawa Tangata team, while also supporting your own diverse portfolio.As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with an HR Manager / Poutaki Pūmanawa Tangata, partnering with inspiring leaders across the Faculty of Business & Economics and the Faculty of Law. You’ll play a key role in delivering HR generalist support, offering high-quality coaching and advice, and building strong relationships to influence positive people outcomes. This role provides an exciting mix of strategic and operational HR responsibilities, allowing you to develop your expertise in areas such as:Performance management and coachingChange management and process guidanceRemuneration and employment relationsHR administration and complianceSupporting university-wide HR initiatives and projectsWith the scale and complexity of New Zealand’s leading university, this position offers unparalleled growth opportunities, diverse experiences, and exposure to impactful projects.Job Type: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per annum
