Establish procedures and processes that support financial objectives while ensuring activities align with Accor’s financial impact policies and approvals.Drive above-market performance in RGI or RevPAR by partnering with properties to demonstrate commercial benefits to owners, while also meeting distribution targets.Lead regional teams and hotel leaders to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Accor standards, acting as the custodian of guest experience and loyalty initiatives in the region.Collaborate with the development team on new projects, oversee onboarding of new hotels, and ensure commercial plans align with opportunities in the market.Inspire and mentor team members to foster a strong workplace culture, actively identify and develop leadership talent, and support recruitment and retention efforts across the region.Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management, Pacific South, and the VPO New Zealand & Fiji to review underperforming hotels and implement action plans for market performance, sales, revenue, and loyalty improvements.
