Job Description
We are looking for a ContactCentreAdmin Specialist who is looking for an exciting new challenge to apply their passion for people and customer experience! This role is people centric, where you will be able to connect with customers from all walks of life.
No two days will be the same, so be ready to use your problem-solving skills and ability to adapt with a range of enquiries from online orders, issuing credits, or handling finance enquiries.
This role will allow you to work across multiple customer touch pointswith a variety of our brandsat our admin / contactcentrebased inour SSO office on Warehouse Way, Auckland.
You will need to be available to work 40 hoursper week between 8am to 5pm (Mon – Sun)
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who are as passionate about ‘Thinking Customer’ as we are. If you consider yourself reliable and have previous experience within fast paced customer service environment, whether this is in a call centre, retail, or hospitality (to name a few!) then this could be a great fit for you.
To thrive in the role, you will have:
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
- A customer-centric attitude whotakes pride in the outstanding service you deliver.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and classes themselves as an expert multitasker.
- You will be an effective communicator both written and verbally.
- High levels of initiative and attention to detail.
- Computer Savvy.
- Working to KPI’s, being able to work under pressure is a must.
