Crew Leader - Retail

What You’ll Do:Production Management: Display daily work targets, ensure correct materials are ready, guide machine operators, and check products for quality and contamination.Efficiency and Compliance: Maximise Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), reduce machine downtime, and ensure adherence to the production schedule.Collaboration and Documentation: Work with the engineering team to maximize machine uptime, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and update data portals.Safety and Hygiene: Promote safety, maintain a clean workspace, follow 5S practices, and identify and escalate food safety and quality issues.Team Leadership: Conduct daily meetings, assess competency, motivate staff, manage time sheets, support recruitment, and handle disciplinary processes.
