Oaks Auckland Hotel are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team on a part-time basis.If you have a love for cooking, a drive to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes, we’d love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in supporting our culinary operations by:Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen.Team Support: Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations during busy periods.Kitchen Standards: Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.Learning and Development: Taking initiative to develop your culinary skills and grow within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.Shift Details (subject to change):Breakfast and Dinner shiftsSplit shifts required on some day Part-time position with a minimum 20 hours per week
