Immediate, temp-to-hire positions with opportunity for growth
Pay starts at $13.77 per hour for 1st shift, $14.02 per hour for 2nd shift, and $14.17 per hour for 3rd shift. Once trained (typically after 2 weeks), pay will increase to $15.49 per hour for 1st shift, $15.74 per hour for 2nd shift, and $15.89 per hour for 3rd shift. You will receive an additional pay increase to $17.21 per hour for 1st shift, $17.46 per hour for 2nd shift, and $17.61 per hour for 3rd shift once performance metrics are met.
Full benefits package including medical and 401k offered upon permanent hire PLUS a conversion bonus of $1000 for 2nd shift and $2000 for 3rd shift.

What’s a typical day as an entry-level Machine Operator? You’ll be:Using molding presses, trimmers, post-cure ovens, and springing machines to manufacture automotive and machinery seals
Inspecting and packaging finished products
Checking all tooling for damaged and/or missing taped out molds
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Are capable of standing, bending, and lifting 40-50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout entire shift
Have basic computer skills and the ability to type information into database
Are able to work from 3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri, or 11pm-7am, Sun-Thurs, on a long-term basis and work overtime on Sat from 11am-5pm up to 3 times per month
Are able to train from 7am-3pm, Mon-Fri for up to 2 weeks
