The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Exchange's policy and compliance team, appeals process, plan certification process, and will act as the subject matter expert of health exchange policy. This will include the interpretation and application of complex local, State, and Federal regulations; technical journals; or legislative proposals and studies. The incumbent will also be responsible for oversight of the Policy and Compliance team to ensure appeals are resolved timely and will provide training to staff to effectively resolve complex consumer situations.
