The Fiscal/Business Trainee underfill for Accountant Technician 1 position inside the Nevada Department of Transportation will prepare monthly reconciliations, aging reports, and monthly collections reports for the Controller's Office. Incumbent prepares billing claims and other invoices. This position will prepare annual radio billing, quarterly FAST Rent, and monthly fuel billings. Incumbent works with the Treasurer's Office to receive wires and other fund transfers. Incumbent will also distribute prepaid funds to invoices.
