Duties include planning and prioritizing examinations effectively and ensuring all assignments are completed within established timeframes. Incumbents are responsible for verifying licensee compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. This position is involved with the Division's strategic planning, policy, and budget formulation. Incumbents will analyze collected information to write the Report of Examination as required by established policies and procedures and regulatory partners. Examination reports are presented to the institution's management and board of directors. The Report of Examination will include clear and accurate presentations of factual information and findings. Duties include encouraging and supporting employee suggestions for work improvement and coordinating team members' overall work assignments. Other responsibilities include coordinating team members' on-the-job training and ensuring compliance with established procedures for collecting and correlating information produced by other team members.
