The position will be the regulatory lead for investigating, implementing, and managing the Sanitary Surveys and Consumer Confidence Rules, program planning, development and coordination is effective at establishing priorities and identifying and requesting appropriate levels of resources. The position will also be responsible for evaluating, tracking, and enforcing Public Water System compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. This position will perform site inspections, review bacteriological & chemical monitoring data, perform operator certification verification, establish monitoring & maintenance requirements, write reports & technical letters, and track compliance of Public Water Systems with regulatory requirements.
