The PositionProfessional Engineer Administrators are responsible for management of an assigned district, function or division in the Department of Transportation.Incumbents function as managers who train, supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate supervisors; develop policies and procedures; and allocate staff and resources to accomplish goals and objectives.This position is located within the Project Management Division, Las Vegas. Incumbent will provide supervision, direction and leadership to the senior project managers; will assist the Chief of Project Management in development and implementation of the Division's program and project delivery goals; development of Division's policies, standards and guidelines; implementation of process improvements in support of project delivery and communication and coordination with Federal, State and local agencies.
